Personal goal-setting and a process for regular review aka Personal Development Planning (PDP) provides at least a 25% gain in productivity and effectiveness. Somebody once said; ‘If you don’t know where you are going any road will do!’ A documented plan provides a basis for detecting whether you are on plan or off plan thus enabling the learner to self-correct

Personal goal setting and regular review are the engines of continuous improvement of competence and life-long learning.  The CIL process has been found to be robust across a wide range of people, from late teenagers to mature executives and senior/board level leadership positions.  It provides an internal compass against which to test decisions that impact on the left path of the individual.

Adopting a creative stance on your personal direction is the engine of empowering yourself and others as well as entrepreneurship.

Duration
2 consecutive days, 9h:00 -17h:00 or the equivalent in two hour sessions over a number of months
