We follow a six stage process:

Define the Business Need – clarifying the underlying needs through active listening and questions to get to the underlying structural issues - in conjunction with the client.

Reach Agreement – making sure that the client is clear on the purpose of the engagement and the results to be achieved as well as the processes being used before action is launched.

Gather Information – gathering further information on the defined problem. Understanding how the pieces link together.

Recommending Change – putting forward sound strategies on what and how the client should change.

Leading Change – The CILMC team facilitate the client provide insightful coaching and guiding to the executives charged with leading sustainable change.

Taking Stock and Closing – effectively wrapping up the project, collating learnings and integrating with forward looking plans.
